Network Error to access Selling by phone

Network Error. Can't access "selling" from any of our Android phones today. 

So, I can't upload photos or do any selling work using our phones today.

I have no problem accessing selling from my Android app. But if I had one, I would not have noticed since the app is crap when it works.

Just chiming in that I'm having this same issue. I can access the ebay app, but if I hit the "selling" tab I get network error try again. All other tabs seem to work and otherwise the app seems to work, just unable list an item or see what I'm selling.

This has been an issue for over 12 hours for me
