Need to edit personal info but can't

We incorporated and have an LLC & EIN. I need to update this on our 26 year old account and I cannot figure out how.  Phone has been less than helpful,  this is a much easier problem to view visually than try to describe.  I was going to contact ebay for business but apparently they no longer exist?? Ideas?

I don’t know the answer to your question but eBay fit business move a few weeks so to just the eBay Facebook page. You can message them there.

Is your current account a Personal or Business account?

If it's personal then follow the instructions at this link to change to a business account
