Need to be able to contact a real person

I am having a technical issue that eBay has admitted is part of one of their systems malfunctioning.  It is causing the USPS to believe I am underpaying (and under-weighing) for my shipping, causing them to take money from my account.  When I look at the hard copy Online Label Record, I can see the information had changed from what I actually paid, to what the system, for whatever reason, is stating I did pay.  This conflicts with the record of the actual shipping label.

Last week I was able to contact customer support by phone and I talked to a supervisor who said someone would get back to me, but nobody did.  This is not an easy problem to understand, but she did!  However, eBay customer support keeps giving me invalid phone numbers, that either won't connect or give a recording saying they are disconnected.  So I am sitting here helpless, watching a technical glitch allow money to be wrongfully taken from me by the USPS and unable to contact anyone who will help me stop it.

What do I do?

Need to be able to contact a real person

You can use the Help & Contact link at the bottom of the page. Use the "Contact us" link and follow the prompts for your issue and you should eventually wind up on a page with a chat option. Choose that, and the last option that appears in the chat window -- use the "See more" option -- should be "Contact an Agent" to request a call-back if you are in North America.

Or you can contact eBay via social media:
