I am a seller and just went to leave immediate feed back for my buyer after I printed the shipping label. I got a NEW SCREEN with the FEED BACK Blue Bar running across the ENTIRE TOP of the page AND The FEED BACK Box was ALREADY PREFILLED with some other BUYERS PERSONALIZED MESSAGE TO A SELLER??? What the heck is going on now?

The prefilled text is just an example or hint, not an actual comment -- you should be able to enter your own comment by putting your cursor in the box and typing or pasting.

I have seen this for some time. Its great for sellers who do volume and would like to have a few pre-filled feedback replies that you can use. These choices i see are different versions of feedback that I left already. Can save some time.

I just experienced the same thing. They must of changed it within a few days. Sorry with the confusion on my last post. I was under the impression you were speaking of the older feedback version.

Lots of folks seem to be confused by the new layout, but I have not seen any indications that users are unable to leave feedback once a comment is entered into the comment field.

Having the same issue since this morning. It wont let me enter my own text and wont let me leave feedback at all. I also can't bring up all of my orders I need to leave feedback for on one page......I have to click on each order individually. Time consuming and not good. I'm hoping this is just a temporary glitch of some kind

I can't remove the comments in the prefilled comment box,, which belong to another buyer . Even after clicking on the stars there is no way to send feedback on my site . It's been going on about two or three days now .

I know what you're talking about because I use the same feature .However the issue that is happening now is totally different and it just began a few days ago.

I just went to print a label this morning and the PURCHASE TAB is grayed out and I can't purchase my label now. This is on the NEW Shipping Label Page where the boxes are now ALL BLACK instead of BLUE like normal. Ebay must be gearing up for HALLOWEEN. I mean black really?
