NEW EBAY POSTAGE-LABEL SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING FOR PARCEL SELECT

This has to do with the latest new system change. The buyer selected Parcel Select which is shown on the left side of the shipping page but on the right side I get this: "Buyer selected USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope" with the "Carrier Packaging" selected at the top right side. When I select "Custom Size" I can input the dimensions & change the weight but there is no "Update" button to click on. When I select all USPS services available I do not see a "Parcel Select" choice. I am using Google Chrome. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? I also have a buyer who selected Media Mail but this is working OK. Thanks for any help. Mark

There are quite a few posts about this so it must be some type of glitch.  The only solution I recall reading is to print your label via Paypal but I was just skimming the responses.  But you should be able to see other responses to similar posts on the shipping and returns discussion board.

At the bottom there will be something that says "compare all services"- click on that and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the expanded choices. You should see Parcel Select there.

There is a current glitch where it's showing orders with buyer selected banner next to Priority Mail even when PM wasn't offered on the listing. You're not required to ship Priority- but keep in mind that if a package is under a certain weight then the price difference between Priority and Parcel is negligible so it's generally worth going with Priority service in those cases.
