My store just changed on its own today and my search field is gone.

Okay..... what the? I didn't approve a store change, and I certainly didn't approve removing my search bar. What happened to my store? How is anybody supposed to search my store? Man, eBay. Can we stop with the changes for a few years??? Please, please, please.

Hit mine too, but the search bar is at the top, instead of ebay searching it searches just your store, took me a few minutes to figure it out myself, AND yes wish they'd stop changing things. When you run a business you need a business plan, hard to do when ebay changes things every 2 months

Same here. Header graphics gone, no search store bar and all categories are messed up and not showing sub-cat's. Blue store door logo gone one minute and back the next. Called to report it. Weird that this happened the day after they started the new store subscriptions!

The majority of sellers' Stores will be updated automatically starting in May 2018. If you use custom pages or have HTML in your Store, you will be able to move to the new experience at the same time or we will move you to the new experience at a later date


Also the search is there or should be there , see screen shot

Thanks for pointing me to where the search is. I still think that is a problem because everybody in the world relates that to full eBay search. Now if the millions of customers can also take the time to figure it out, we'll all be good. Will be slow sales for a bit.

Now everyones store looks the same ? there is something wrong when I pay for a store and cannot control the design

Same thing here - logo missing, no subcats, etc.

My photo is now HUGE and takes up a good portion of the page. The 'On Sale' tab is missing also. Will the pic stay this huge? Is this a glitch? Do I need to edit the pic size now? HELP!

If you go to load a header pic or logo pic, it tells you what size it should be. I think the header was something like 1200 x 240. And the logo was 300 x 300.

It won't let you color change or header change back to what it was.  The search bar in the actual listings no longer works. **bleep**?  Have you gotten any feedback on this?  Infuriating.  Typical eBay.

Agree! This new set-up is horrible. The most frustrating is not having a search bar to quickly search for specific items in our inventory in our ebay store. This makes it very difficult for our customers to search for items within our store. I am looking for away to add a search bar, preferrably would like to go back to the old set-up and look of our store. This is terrible for ebay sellers with a large inventory. I will keep reading suggestions.

Any idea of when the glitch to have the items listed in the store as we, the store owner wants.  Mine are showing up as best match.  I want them appearing as newly listed.

On item pages they also have taken away the link to view sellers other items. Now the buyer has to go to your profile then select view other items or click to go to your store.
