My seller hub is showing I have unanswered questions from customers But I answered all of them. And the questions keep building up and I cannot delete them. What do I do ?

One of the selling pages -- not sure if it was Seller Hub -- should have a "mark as answered" option accessible through a drop-down menu. If your font is too large or your column is too narrow you may not see the drop-down arrow, though. You may need to widen the column by grabbing and dragging the column divider in the table heading, or adjust your font size or page zoom level.

Yeah, even after I respond to buyer messages I find quite frequently that it won't clear that unanswered questions metric so I have to go in and manually mark them all answered.

eBay changed something with the formatting a couple months ago and the action to 'mark as answered' became inaccessible until sellers expanded the width of the Actions column on the Seller Hub Active listings page as described by @eburtonlab above.

Click on the number of unanswered questions, then follow the advice to expand that column, click the down arrow, and 'mark as answered' next to each item @gizmo*s_collectables1 .

I'd also like to take this opportunity to (once again) request eBay add 'mark as answered' to the BULK functions kyle@ebay on the seller hub active listings page. Can't tell you how many 'thank you' messages I get each week after I answer buyer questions and I really have no desire to manually mark them all as answered, one by one. Any chance you can escalate that feedback? 😁

Hi,  Often after you have answered a question if your customer just answers with a "Thank You" it will show as another question. Mark as answered thru. Seller Hub Active Listings. GOOD LUCK.......
