My "about" is not showing what I put on it

@wastingtime101  Yes. I did it once then when I checked nothing was there. I went back and did it again to make sure that I did save it.

Are you using line breaks? If you are, try entering the info without line breaks.

🤯 Just came back and now the picture I was using in that circle is gone!!!! I am slowly being erased. NOOOOOOO

Leave it alone for the rest of today. Try again tomorrow. If still having issues try a different browser. If still having issues after that come back and post here.

Sometimes system has random issues that clear up by the next day.

Hi there,

I'm having the same issues with my profile picture and my about me information since yesterday, I'm sure it's just a glitch. I'm hoping at some point it will let me add my picture and information back or, just revert back to what was there. I'll come back if I have any updates. I've noticed, when eBay has glitches, it usually works it self out, hopefully.

Yes, but when you go to your profile and then view listings, it  has a logo with the first initial, not our actual picture.

May I suggest - just troubleshooting - try putting in one word or one character  and see if that takes.  As @wastingtime101 mentions, the line breaks are what ruins it. So don’t hit enter, don’t hit return.  Just a word.  If it takes, you can expand from there.
