I know it takes up to 24 hours (or more) for a listing to show up in search results, but these items have been listed for days and some weeks. I have 713 Active Listings, 117 Out of Stock, and so that leaves me with what should be 596 Active Listings. However, only 317 items are showing up in the marketplace.
I called ebay and they said it was a third parties fault. Then the third party claimed it was ebay. I checked all of my settings on both to confirm there isn't any settings that are wrong, but it didn't do me any good.
I am searching my item in incognito, I am using both the title of my item and the item number, and still nothing appears. Ebay confirmed with me that the items weren't visible...they informed me they would send this off to the manager, they'd review my account and then get back to me and then they never did. The second person I get in contact with said it was third parties fault, then the third party told me it was ebays fault.
Two weeks ago I had 432 out of 713 listings showing. Last week I only had 107 showing, and this week its 317. There's no consistency and I cant seem to find the root of the problem. My sales have dropped significantly and I desperately need advice. Please help.
If this has happened to you, your input would greatly be appreciated, as this is my business and large portion of my income.
