From the Seller Hub promotions page, I select Create a Promotion/ Sale Event plus Markdown. I then select my % off and then the individual listings I want in the sale. After that, there is no button to push to go to the Review and Launch phase. There is also no way to name the sale or to select the dates, which I believe used to come up first before I'd select the individual listings. Has something changed or is it another eBay glitch? What's up?
