It should be straightforward. Install an adblocker in Safari. Create a new rule. Paste the rule I posted in. Good to go. (the details of that procedure vary so much with OS, browser, adblocker version, etc that I can't help with that)

the simpliest way is to open your selling page with Firefox, click on "Ok I got it", and then you'l never see this pop up on Safari.

Ebay's devs had a bug in their code, that is only annoying for this version of Safari where the "OK" don't work..
