Your ebay has evolved into a brick or paper weight. Quick you need to destory the evil brick berfore it tricks Krazy Kat to hit ignatz the mouse with it. Other wise the Keystone Kop will have to lock up Krazy Kat again.

Where are you selling this? ("My eBay" tells me nothing - need a specific page URL)

Is it a pop up? One of the overlay type where the page dims and a big white popup dialog appears similar to the "more refinements" dialog on search pages?

I can't make it appear anywhere in Firefox 52. Tell me exactly where it is, and if I can get it to load I can determine what it is, and probably be able to tell you how to get rid of it using Adblock Plus (or similar adblocker addon with a simple 1 line element hiding rule.

it's a popup each time I try to open Active selling ; "OK got it" doesn't do anything.

If I want to see my sellings, I've to remain on the general selling page.

I don't get the popup anywhere I look. I may have seen one of those small banners that appear near the top of the pages once or twice, but they don't cover anything. I ignored them and they have not re-appeared.

Yes... I am getting the same have tried different things to remove it. Nothing is working. Can someone tell me how to remove it permantely.

I still have the problem. No solution to my problem I have opened a new eBay app and am using it. No problems and no pop ups. A older version but it will work.  I like the other one better but can't get it to leave the screen no help from eBay tech.

It might be just a Mac problem as I'm on a MacBook Air with MacOS Sierra and Safari browser and have this problem when I click on My eBay --> Selling in the top right-hand menu -- there's a pop-up window that won't close and blocks the view of the page, which is darkened behind it

It's a general issue - not just on Macs.

I got something to work with in another thread on this issue and posted an adblocker based workaround:

This Adblock Plus Rule takes care of it:

ebay.com/mys/active##div.welcome-screen-modal-wrapper.me-dialog.dialog.dialog--mask-fade

Give that a try in Adblock, or Adblock Plus, or whatever adblocker addon in Safari. (I think the element hiding syntax is the same in most or all adblockers, so that should work in any of them)
