Multiple technical errors

1. I was asked to update my bank info.  I did and got an email on 1/28/2025 saying my account was good.  I kept getting the red banner so on 2/11/2025 I called and spoke to an agent who told me my account looked good but it may take awhile for the banner to disappear.  This morning my account is blocked because I hadn’t updated my account.  
2. I called an agent to get this cleared up and when I looked on my account while I was on the phone all of my active items had been moved to not sold.  So I had 0 active.  I was on my phone so I called back to see how to relist all of them at once.  I did relist all of them.

3. I tried to relist an item and saw 0.35 listing fee-which I’ve never had.  I’m a small time seller.  I checked into it and it said I had listed too many items for the month.  I  hadn’t many of the items had been listed months before. This happpened because of the platforms mistake.  The agent said she requested I be credited for all of the 0.35 listing fees and they were having glitches.  Now I can just wait to see what happens and not list anything else until March.  Good thing it’s the end of the month.  Is it just me?

It shows you have 166 listings right now.

If all 166 were ended and you relisted 166, that gives you 332 listings for the month and that's why the insertion fees.
