I purchased a label and put in the correct size but a much larger label was printed, so I voided the label hoping I could reset the dimensions but I don’t see how to do it again and a tracking number is attached to it and I don’t know what to do now.

Thanks. I’ll use the browser to add the tracking number. I find it so easy to do everything on the phone I forget about using the website.

I don’t see a drop down menu next to the item. After it’s voided, do I just need to buy postage from the post office and wait for a refund? I also don’t see how to add a new tracking number. This is the first hiccup I’ve had. Thanks for your help.
