Missing positive Feedback numbers slashed by 900 points, overnight

I'm stunned to find my total feedback numbers have declined by 900 points; overnight.  Just yesterday I was one single point away of reaching 3,000 positive feedbacks and now it shows 2100! Has anyone else experienced this issue before? Any advice would be appreciated. I cannot seem to find an actual eBay phone number. Having no luck there.
