Missing order!

I ordered a jethro tull vintage tshirt. It was due yesterday, at the latest.

ebay has deleted my entires purchase list history and there is no humans to contact. The seller doesn’t respond either.

what procedure should I follow to acquire my goods?

Was it sent with tracking?

Did you check the tracking number in your 'my ebay' under 'purchases'? 

The 'date' for delivery is just an 'estimate'

'estimate' equals 'guess' 

If shipping USPS, they are very well known to be 'later' than originally expected on deliveries.

So, before giving you any other info on how to deal with it, check my first 2 questions

Is it possible you have more than one eBay account? Make sure you are signed in to the correct eBay account and that you are looking at the correct Purchase History date range.

If you are sure you are signed in to the same eBay account you used to place the order, see if the order appears here:

Check your email and search for eBay see if anything comes up that may help you.

According to your profile page, you have only made one purchase as a registered member and that was over a year ago. So you would have to click on the (Last 60 days) and change it to 2023 to see it. 

 If you are using a portable device and the app, try using your device's browser and login the classic way with your username and password. then the purchase should show up. 

  If you bought the item as a guest for some reason, it will not show up in your purchase history, but if you open your email account you should see an Order Confirmation email from ebay. Open it and read what to do if your item hasn't arrived.
