Today I noticed that major blocks of shipping labels are missing on the Shipping Labels history page (Orders / Shipping Labels). As an example, the date of the last one on the first page is March 5. When I open the second page (click 2 at the bottom), the first date of the first one is March 2. I ship anywhere from 4 - 30 items every day, 6 days a week so there definitely is a problem with missing entries. This is just one of several examples I found going back a few weeks in that label history. Anyone else experiencing this?
I use these entries to determine if any item is late from the estimated date by looking at the tracking for items that have been in transit for more than a week. For those that are going to be late, I contact the customer to let them know I'm following the status. This has seriously cut down on the number of irate customers and helped minimize bad feedback due to the USPS delays.

Just went to look at mine - everything appears to be here?
Try logging out/back in? Firefox does not play well with e-Bay. Maybe try a different browser than the one you are using?

Thanks, restarting Firefox didn't work and Chrome does the exact same thing.

Check to make sure that you are paying for your labels from your payment preference. I want mine out of pending payments and got defaulted to paying out of my PayPal account so those 4 shipping labels didn't show up in history.

My payment preference is PayPal cc and I've verified all the labels I've purchased have used that method.
I discovered another odd thing this morning about this. Yesterday I was seeing entries for Mar 5 in the list. Today, after buying 12 new labels (which showed up in the list), the Mar 5 labels are no longer shown. The list now goes from Mar 7 then jumps to Mar 2 on the second page. It's like they scrolled off the bottom of the page but weren't picked up on the second page.

I have the exact same problem. January 25th through February 6th labels are all missing from my label history.

FYI, You can scan down the left side of your orders page, and look for the word 'shipped', instead of 'delivered', to determine which items are still in transit.
I use the shipping labels pages to fill in data in my selling costs spreadsheet, to determine my profits.

I have reported it to eBay, and they are supposedly going to work on the issue.

That's what I've had to do but it is a lot more time consuming for my needs. It was bad enough when they removed the ability to sort on the Status column so that I could group all the items that were In Transit. This just added one more level of inefficiency.
Also with this work-around, if you give a partial refund (i.e. multiple item shipping refund), rather than saying Shipped or Delivered, it says Partial Refund. Which means I'm forced to look at the tracking history to see if it is still in transit. I do this a lot so it further slows down my process.

@25kenwood @barrys_chainsaw_shop
Several others have reported the same problem on the forums, myself included (@ctbear38301 and @usedsmallenginedepot).
I've called a number of times regarding the issue, pressing that we're paid on (weekly) commission here so if the accountant cannot get this information in a time efficient matter, people don't get paid. All I know is that they are working on it and it is tiered 4 in terms of priority.
It's almost been a month and they still haven't fixed it. Since we ship about 100+ packages a day, we are now reduced to literally printing the web page for every 25 labels purchased, under the "Track and manage your shipments" area. It's frustrating.

Gotta be honest, I don’t have too much faith that this issue will be fixed anytime soon.
I’ve noticed lots of little changes over the last few months, some have been good but the majority of them I find are costing me more time either at listing or on the after sales reporting.
Why fix it if it’s not broken?

As a coder, I think I can understand part of what is happening, but only so far as it only keeping the last 50 shipping label transactions of a particular date. What I don't understand is how suddenly a whole days worth of them can vanish. We have instances where either a days worth of shipping labels are entirely missing or are reduced to only a couple. That doesn't make sense!
I will probably follow up for the Nth time on Monday. In the meantime, my shipping guy is having to submit pages and pages of printed screenshots to the accountant of all the label transactions during ship days.
No, it's not as easy as using the Chrome extension she uses which pulls the data from the page and converts it to a CSV, but at least it's there and she doesn't have to sit there and COPY-PASTE-COPY-PASTE in the search bar and accounting spreadsheet.
YEESH. 😫
Just for reference, our shipping days are Monday-Wednesday-Friday. Mondays are typically 200+, while Wednesday and Friday are usually 100+. Total is usually 400+ per week. Oddly, people don't seem to buy much on Tuesdays and Thursdays. At least, from what we see. *Shrug.*

Looks like it's finally fixed! It only took three months 😂.

This is also what happened to me. Couldn't find any shipping label that cost more then 0.57c, go to paypal, sure enough everything is there. I have to get a report from paypal, and get the total for that, then deduct that from ebay profits, as well as ebay sales to find my yearly net. Thanks so much.
