Missing Gallery Images in relisted items

Yesterday I relisted about 50 items, using eBay Relist. From the Unsold items, I selected about 10 items at a time and then selected relist. I noticed that none of the gallery images are displayed on any of those items. This is not the first time this has happened, but I've never seen all of them missing the gallery.

Having the same problem with File Exchange.  About 150 new listings today, no images show up in the search or list screens.  They do show up when the item is viewed.

40 listings from Auctiva tonight and no gallery pictures.  I called them and they are aware of it.  They have no answer other then we are working on it.

Same problem here, not only on Ebay.com but also Ebay.de.

I am having the same issue started Friday night 7/24/2020 and again when i relisted items sunday night the header picture is not there but if you click on listing all pictures are there , Can someone please fix glitch

7/27/20 - Same problem today. Gallery images are missing in new listings and relisted items. Gallery images only show up on GTC items that roll over.  Please fix.

I have the same issue and I also list from Auctiva.  Very frustrating to say the least.

very aggravating - has happened before.  This started yesterday.  20 listings relisted and the pictures were blank.  went in today and imported pictures again.  now that are showing.  all new listings are doing the same thing.  so not only do you have to pull picks in when you set up in auctiva and post, then you have to go and edit them all on ebay to get the picture viewing.  what a pain and hope they fix soon.

I am listing using auctiva, so how do you edit it through eBay? If I remove the main picture it moves another picture that I have within the listing there? Grrrr!

That is what I want to know - I am trying everything and I am NOT putting more up with no pictures.  They are implementing managed payments and I think it is part of the problem.

Figured it out and was told by Raissel from eBay that I must go fix it myself. Wonderful.

This is crazy. We noticed this issue since last Thursday. We list several ways, using Hollander Powerlink/Elink, file exchange, and even created a few listings using good old eBay. We were able to replicate this missing thumbnail/main gallery image issue from all 3 ways of listing. I've reported this now to CS over the last few days, so this has to be an issue with them trying to implement mangled payments breaking things on the site. We have close to 6,000 listings and there are several hundred messed up like this, no way am I going through to manually update this amount of listings. I did a few and it worked, but its time consuming and even to pay staff to do so is not efficient due to something that is not our mistake.

I am also having this problem I relisted through ebay no gallery photo and I also used auctiva again no gallery photo.  i had to go in an manually edit and put pictures in then it comes up in gallery.  I called 3 times so hopefully they fix it soon.

Looks like the problem was sold! It works now!
