I recently changed my profile photo from a picture of my dog to an actual business logo to try and take advantage of Ebay's recent embracing of individual seller brand building and try to make a name for myself.
When I click through to my ebay storefront, the logo is the main profile photo, which is what I want.
Everywhere else, including in all of my ebay listings and this very forum post, it still shows a photo of my dog. This looks completely ridiculous.
This is driving me completely crazy. Ebay telephone support is useless, and I have tried re-uploading a new profile photo. Doesn't fix it. Clearly a bug.
Has anyone found a fix for this, and/or does ebay know this is an issue? Please fix this. It's insane that this is a long term, ongoing problem.
