Might Want to Check Your Listings!

This week I have had several issues on Ebay.  You may want to check a few of your listings to make sure everything is correct.

Anyone else having technical and seller issues?

1- I do not offer International Shipping - never have and today going through my listings most of them had International Shipping Checked - So, I had to bulk edit all listings. 

2- Then I wanted to update a bad photo I knew I took and when I went to edit that listing it is totally gone.  Not in any category, not in ended.... nowhere to be found.

3- Also, an Automatic refund was given to a buyer whom sent back a damaged product.  I emailed Ebay asking for assistance a few times as.  They said to wait for refund to process then they would file an appeal. 

Instead, I have received an email saying that I never refunded the buyer (it is definitely out of my pp account!)

mine changed my business policies including shipping prices. I'm afraid to touch any of them

Checked my site preferences and for return preferences a setting to automatically approve returns was turned on I had to delete it.

I checked my active listings and they stated return not accepted as they should. I went to my sold items and check those too said no returns as they should.

My guess is with the return automatically accepted being turned on in the site preferences if a buyer filed a return the return would have been automatically accepted no mater the reason or issue. This would be slightly better than the option to issue refund automatically.
