Messages are not working

Hi is anyone having problems sending and receiving messages? I can send the message but when i go to my sent folders the messages are not there and i know the other memeber is not receiving them.

Can't access messages on my ebay for android, and on the browser it will not send out the message. Please fix this asap because I need urgently to contact the seller!!!

I am having the same problem on my Android phone!  After this most recent update...the app messages section does not work!  It just keeps saying there was a problem and to refresh...and it never fixes the issue!  NOT COOL!

I’m having the same issues with a buyer I’m trying to respond to. It says the mail server is not responding. I can’t email her back respectfully as a seller should. 😞

Im having the same issue.

I recieved and email saying i had a message drom a potential buyer, but there was none in my ebay account. So i had to search his name and randomly send him a message (very professional) to reply.

I also have another item for sale which is showing as having an unanswered question, but again, isnt showing anything. I never recieved any emails for this one. Im abit worried as its possibly from a potential buyer and im now possibly missing out on a sale (and ebay is missing out on money!)

 All of a sudden not able to send msgs ..and I'm in the middle of a conversation with a seller.

The problem started this morning, 29/8 .when I try and send.  Msg it tells me it failed, with a retry button on the dialog, when pressed its shortly tries again with the statement  that the message can't be sent at this time.

What's going on, eBay, and when will you be fixing it?

You can talk to your buyers as long as you use the proper procedures and mask supplied by ebay. I got mine after signing up for their customer support number service now when a customer calls the 866 number they supplied I can video chat with out the risk of communicating out side contact info and websites.

Trying to reply to a buyer's message but when I click on "REPLY" I just get a blank screen. C'mon!!!! Jeesh. Enough already with the glitches!

That's happening to me too.

I just tried to respond thru the link eBay sent me via email and get a blank screen

I also tried going to My Messages and doing it from there.

I have been having the same problem for two days. Try to reply to my ebay messages through the email link, and also directly from my ebay messages. I hit "reply" and it goes to a new window, that never loads and stays blank. I need to be able to respond to my messages.
