I posted previously regarding my payout restriction which is now starting it's third week. I have since read several other sellers having very similar if not exactly the same issue in the same time frame.
NOBODY in eBay world has the answer. All you ever get is being asked to wait. (eBay didn't WAIT to retrieve funds for subscription)
Glitch? Maybe. If so, just own up to it eBay! and fix it.
