Managed Payments

Well, it's been almost six months since my account was suspended. Numerous calls to customer service. They are great at calling you back quickly but can't get the problem resolved. Sounds like customer service is in India. Any ideas?  Again, 

I've added a new checking account for Managed Payments. When I try to confirm my personal and bank information I get a message "something isn't right." Please double-check the info on this page.  The info looks right to me. ebay needs to tell me what's not right. Anyone else with this problem?
