You have improperly coded your website to work with with the Safari browser.

The three buttons to the right remain grayed out even after an item has been selected.

The Edit button is not grayed out, but can't be used.

Only the small "Edit" links work.

Usual eBay idiotic responses:

We will file a report. We will get back to in 24, 48 or 72 hours by phone or email. There are no reported problems with Safari.

Clear browser cache, clear history, log out and back in, restart browser, restart computer, blah, blah, blah.

Use another browser - sorry not installing Chrome as its insecure and made by a company known for misusing its user's data.

Not using the eBay app on my phone and driving 1/2 mile to the edge of town to get a good signal. Don't trust any app from eBay considering what compulsive liars eBay employees are.

Not connecting my non Apple phone to my Mac network to share its high speed fiber optic connection out of security concerns.

No accountability - anywhere else you'd be fired yesterday.

@Anonymous

If you do not want to use a non-Safari browser like Firefox or Opera to try to manage your active listings in Seller Hub, you might try using a non-Seller Hub page in Safari instead.

Are you able to manage your listings using a non-Seller Hub page?

So am I!  For a week I've thought it was just me until I happened upon these posts.

Glad I am not the only one, I thought it was my computer. But as of today now I cannot even list new items.

To anybody experiencing this @Anonymous or otherwise:

Does your browser have any add-ons or plug-ins attached? A lot of times that's the cause of this type of issue, so if we could either rule that out or confirm if that's the cause (either way) it would be helpful.

Zero extensions.

Just a totally uncaring and inept eBay as always - that is why they've dropped to #3 behind Shopify.

Thanks for confirming that. In case it's at all helpful for diagnostics:

I'm on OS Ventura using Safari and Firefox - OS/browsers are all latest versions, up to date. I have one extension enabled: AdBlock Plus

So far I'm not experiencing this problem. *knock wood*

I encourage everyone having issues to please call in to ebay customer service - it has been a week and nothing fixed. You would think it would be done by now. Last time this happened it was only for a few days, but this is a bit much. Thank you

I emailed eBay for Business on Facebook and of course they say "We've not heard reports from other users that they're not able to perform these actions."

It would help to know what system everyone is working on and what version of Safari you have.

I have an older computer and version of Safari (13.1.2) which may be the issue and unfortunately can no longer update the system. I feel ebay should fix the coding/updates to work with older systems.

I spoke with them again today and they said no other reports have been made to the technical dept. Started a ticket number - so hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Agree on both points. This is why I posted my system info above.
