Manage return seems to have a problem.Can't add attachment and it won't allow you to submit a report

I am trying to report a problem regarding a particular return order - where the buyer sent a different product. The system doesn't allow me to attach images as proof, and if you proceed without attaching anything and submit, it says:
Something went wrong
It's not you, it's us. Go back and try again.
