Heads up to other sellers:
Through Seller Hub, navigating to the manage variations page redirects to the "It's not you. It's us." status code 500 error page.
Tested with multiple browsers and multiple selling accounts.
Going in to edit the listing is working. But the quick edit features through the manage variations page in Seller Hub (update price, quantity, SKU) is not currently accessible.
Since I can still go in the long way and edit through the listing I'm holding off on reporting to CS, hoping this error is short lived and fixed by morning.

As others have said, the issue is still happening on all browsers, all listings.
You can edit by going the long route, for now.
Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Takes too long to edit all my listings the long way.

Hi, is there any update on when this will be resolved or a work around? I'm losing business and will get defects on my account due to this issue and it's been going on over a week for me. I also can't reach anyone on the phone or via chat.

Hey kyle@ebay - do you ever see status updates on those tech tickets or do we have to just wait and see? This issue is particularly painful to deal with and it's been going on a full week. In addition to the process of updating variations taking several times as long as it used to, we've lost visibility to vital info on sales and watchers which affects our sourcing.

Hey @raskolnikov.s, @adapter-central, and @wastingtime101 we don't have any updates at this time on the ticket. But we did have some reports of users that were able to edit their variations by going into the listing itself, and then clicking "revise listing" in the box near the top of the page, and going through the edit that way. So that might be worth a try in the meantime!

Yeah, I've been suggesting to others since day 1 that sellers revise by going into the actual listing to make edits as opposed to using the seller hub variations page kyle@ebay . It's still possible to edit but it takes much longer.
It's not possible to see sales history or watchers and that's creating bigger issues.

we've known that we can still edit our listings. the problem that you seem to be missing is precisely what wastingtime101 has already indicated: "In addition to the process of updating variations taking several times as long as it used to, we've lost visibility to [see] vital info on sales and watchers which affects our sourcing."
simply, we need to be able to edit our variation listings directly on the variations page as has been the case for years. what you are suggesting we to resolve the problem is not a solution as it has substantially less functionality.
very frustrating. i don't mind saying that the eBay variation glitches here, and especially during that insane fiasco in may/june are completely unacceptable. this problem needs to be addressed with greater urgency please. up to this point eBay's response has been insufficient for this 23 year eBayer.
