If you are having a problem making an offer on an item you want to purchase, try using a different browser to rule out a browser issue. Or try making an offer using the eBay app.

I have tried two browsers and the app. I tried to make offers to other sellers and get the same technical error code.

Have you made offers before using this eBay account? Are your payment details up to date?

This has been a major site issues for many months. I get customers all the time complaining about the issue. It was an open ticket with ebay a month or so ago and it is still not fixed. I have lost thousands of dollars because of this issue.
