No matter what I do, when I am trying to list from a template or creating a new listing, I get a crash and met with one of these screens. It also happens if I'm just trying to load the ebay home page or do pretty much anything else. The only page I can get to load is my pre-saved bookmark of my Templates page, but from there, anything I click brings me to the stupid kid in his stupid hoodie.
I use Firefox on a Mac and keep it up to date. No I will not switch to Chrome.
This bug happens sporadically but this is the first time I'm asking for help. It completely ruins any chance I have of getting my listing done. I can switch to Safari and it doesn't happen but everything is setup to work in Firefox so that is inconvenient and annoying. I can go days or weeks without this bug but when it starts happening completely out of the blue it can last a day or more in which time I can get very little listing done.
Please help!

Have you cleared your cookies in Firefox (just for eBay, so you don't lose all your saved logins and everything)? That's where I'd start. If it's working in other browsers, that's the most likely source of the problem.

Thanks - the previous times I experienced this I did in fact delete cookies and the problem persisted but then stopped eventually (because it always stops eventually) and I never was sure if that was the issue or something else was going on. I haven't tried this time because I'm convinced there's some other cause.... but yeah I probably should. But that still doesn't explain what is going on.

Check to be sure FF is updated...........it's supposed to be automatic, but doesn't always happen......
Also, changes in either Firefox and/or Ebay can take a day or two to "match" up so they work correctly together.... Last nite was ebay maintenance nite.......so that could be the problem.

Before deleting the cookies, you can try accessing everything you normally do via the Firefox "private" browser. Should be an option up in the top right somewhere - at least it is on a Windows machine.
If it works in a private browser, but not in a regular instance of your browser, it's probably a cache issue, so that's when you would clear your cookies. If it doesn't work in "private", then it's something to do with Firefox like they did an update but eBay hasn't caught up to it yet, or vice versa, and clearing the cookies/cache won't do any good.

Any difference if you disable your Firefox add-ons?

What OS & what version of Firefox?

That's not a Firefox issue, that's an eBay issue (I have the same issue on Brava, aka a branch of Chrome) -- Something disconnecting or crashing between some server in the background. Refresh and the page probably loads.
