Major Problems With The Search - Inaccurate Results

Since Sunday, the search engine has been returning results totally irrelevant to the query. For instance, if I search for "Robert Graham Button Up Shirt Purple", I get any Robert Graham shirts, some button up, only a few of them are purple. 

Another search problem is when I search the word "NEW" in the string, which is common with clothing. The engine returns results as if "NEW" was not in the search string. 

What's going on with the search? When will this be fixed? How long will it be fixed, this time, before you break it again? Is the search engine being intentionally broken? Why are we having so many problems with the site for the past couple of years? When will this never-ending series of breakdowns, end? Will you make a public statement to let us sellers, who rely on our businesses we built on eBay to pay our bills, know what's going on? When will this end? Is eBay being intentionally devalued?

Keep in mind that eBay's search is matching words in the title or item specifics. So if a seller lists a green Robert Graham Button Up shirt, but puts purple somewhere in the item specifics, that will match your search. So a search using a keyword purple will find, for instance, lots of plaid shirts that contain purple if the seller includes that keyword.

In some cases, eBay will substitute a keyword for another. If you think a faulty keyword substitution is being used, you can avoid any keyword substitutions by putting one of your search keywords in quotes, like this:
