Main Image Replaced By Variation Image in Search Result?

Hi, it seems that multi listing adverts have the wrong image shown in the search results, some random variation instead of the image showing all the variations available.

Now I am getting barely any sales from these listings and my revenue has dipped dramatically.

When will this be fixed, been quite a few days now.not happy.

Yes. I told ebay about this 2 weeks ago and they said they they were looking into it!

Same as me, i have called Ebay 3 times and each time they tell me that they no there is an issue and will re send it to technical to sort out but can not give a time frame. This has been going on now for 2 weeks and sales have dropped of the edge of the planet. Come on Ebay sort this out.....

Am having the same problem, noticed that my sales suddenly stopped after the 11/6/20, up to then I was selling on a daily basis, this is obviously isn't good as I have been trading successfully via my listings for a number of years earning money for both eBay and myself.

eBay have successfully sunk my business with this problem at a time that we all need it more than ever 😡

I have also noticed that when I search for my item the search bar no longer stays on All Categories and only searched a single category, which meant that my listing was not showing as the results were too limited.

Was rather hoping there might be an answer in the community but it seems that eBay aren't acknowledging the problem....

What is the best way to contact eBay tech support as I can't seem to find a direct line ??

They have been scaling back the ways you can contact them, the help section on ebay has mainly online chat (currently disabled) and if you're lucky , find a call back button., Then they call you.. worked so far but they have no answers.
Assume Covid means call centres shut so limited call staff.
