Problems with printing packing slips.

Since 6-20-2020, I am unable to print packing slips.  Never had any problems prior to this date, any answers?

Are you able to print using another browser?

Having the same problem. It all started when eBay changed the packing slips. Now, I can't even print one using the "shipping labels" workaround (Which I was able to do two days ago).  When I click on the blue "PRINT" button, nothing happens. WHY DOES EBAY ALWAYS SCREW UP SOMETHING THAT PREVIOUSLY WORKED FINE? Every month there's a new glitch.

I finally solved mine by changing my browser. I truly hated sending orders without packing slips. So try that.

Which browser are you using? Depending on how your defaults are set, the pdf file might be showing up in your download folder rather than opening automatically in your acrobat viewer.

Maybe take a screen shot of the packing slip and paste it on pages or in a word doc and print from there.
