When searching for specific products, the results are showing random MPN/Variation listing images and not the main listing image.

This is causing confusion as it looks like the listing only has one product, and not multiples that would typically be found in a Variation listing.

This is a repeat issue that was fixed about 10+ months ago. Now it looks like it's back.

OH NO! not this one again. It is not happening to my listings yet sales dropped tremendously when this happened before.

Add me to the list! Was wondering why my variation listings seem dead on some good demand items. Working on a workaround. Will post back if I find something. Search seems to show the first variation photo instead of the first main photo. Maybe reorder the variations to see if it resets?

For me, the image is random. I've tried from a phone, different browsers, VPN's in incognito mode. It's always a random variation photo. I've also reordered the listing multiple times a week, as I push the sold out items down the list and keep what's in stock at the top.

Agreed, am seeing random variation photos sometimes too, not always the same variation. Also when following the link in search results, it does not show the main photo either. And there is no obvious way for the buyer to get back to the main photos so they are even more likely to move on.

I did get a technical ticket raised via Facebook PM. EBay said it was known but thought it would self correct if you edit the listing to get it re-indexed. Like delete and re-add main photo. Well... That did not work for me 😞 Still broken for all my variation listings. But worth a try.

Please each person having this problem should report is via CS chat, callback or facebook for business PM and ask them to add your name to the ticket. Thanks
