Multiple probles with our account, and ebay has yet to fix them!?
Been a seller on ebay since the year 2000, and never had this occur, and the various ebay reps (McKenzie, Luigi, Kyler, Jen, Seth, and Jason) all failing to get all the items fixed.
1) CAN'T PURCHASE ANYTHING, not directly with 'buy it now's' or via 'ebay's shopping cart', and just receive this message : "Something went wrong. Please try to check out again." This has been happening since Feb of 2018 and is still occurring...Been buying elsewhere when needed, but why? Ebay bills us $1200 to $2000 monthly for our seller account? And, we buy shipping directly via Ebay with 3-15 transaction per day (not counting holiday/Sundays). This is still NOT fixed!?
2) GLOBAL SHIPPING FAILS, over the last couple of weeks, international orders are NOT getting the ebay Global shipping invoice and we are getting a page to send the invoice directly. So, we have to cancel the sale due to 'bad address' or wait and do the 'resolution' center fee collection, which takes time and losses us sales...Just lost a sale for $250 to Mexico due to this...
3) DOMESTIC SALES/INVOICES, are getting fragmented and mutliple items are coming in with mutliple paypal payments for the 1 order, costing us time/paper/ink/fees...Even showed the ebay rep how the time stamps on the orders/paypal payments were ALL in the same time period (to the minute)?...
4) Reps claim there are tech cases opened (ie SR# 1-160739469716, SR# 1-160262608419), but the results don't show that anything is being done...
5) Today, June 4th...Now, even more problems with the 'my ebay' section not pulling up and going to a landing page that has no info, and our links for our store page going to 'Sorry, this store does not exist' !?! from our messaging page...Ugh.
6) Yes, cleaned out 'history/cache/cookies' twice and won't do it again. Yes, paypal works perfectly with none of the ebay glitches. Yes, our credit card was updating earlier this year with the new expiration info (ie. year/code)...
Please advise?

I am having issues, too. My "seller dashboard" reverted to the "classic style" and my summary landing page goes to deleted items.

2) Just noticed the our 'TOP RATED PLUS' logo is NOT appearing on our listings...When we have been a Top Rated seller for years and according to our seller dashboard we are:
Transactions and sales
3,015transactions"
Wish ebay would treat us long time clients better...But, guess that is the way with 'big business' treating us smaller businesses... 😞

When Ebay fragments the payments, note that most times you are being charged a transaction fee by PayPal to clear the payment and the fragmented payments. This adds up!!

Correct...Problem is still occurring even after talking to over 6 different ebay reps, and a couple of paypal reps...
Explained to them all, that extra fees are occurring, not counting using extra paperwork for printouts, extra ink costs due to extra paperwork, labor costs, and having to make sure we catch the errors in combining the items into 1 package...Frustrating. 😞
Since ebay and paypal make extra money off of this, doubtful if they will fix it...

VERY FRUSTRATING! Lots of technical problems for months. Is there any way to contact the ebay company, itself, not the community?
