Login issues

This is driving me insane, eBay won't let me log in, why is this site so ancient and buggy?! I can't log in most of the time, sometimes the captcha or verification thing pops up, sometimes it just reloads the page after typing in the password. I've tried different browsers and cookies settings etc. It's always an endless loop. I can't log into the Belgian eBay where I'm trying to get a refund from a seller, and it's been impossible to access my account. This is infuriating. How do I solve the log in issue?! Thanks.

If you are getting a sign in loop when trying to do a refund, try signing in to the main page of eBay Belgium and then go to the Resolution Center link at the bottom of the page, and try refunding that way.

I have seen other posts from users on other sites getting stuck in a loop when trying to use the "resolve a problem" link from the sold item page, but if you can use an alternative link you should be able to avoid the loop entirely.
