Paypal payment get lost!

Hi, few days ago I've sold an article. The buyer payed with paypal, the payment is shown in my ebay seller account.

In the paypal account the money is not booked.

In the ebay's transaction page the link to payment details doesn't work and leads to an error message. In my settings my paypal account is correct shown.

Check your original item listing to make sure you used the correct PayPal email address. You should be able to use the "sell similar" option to check the email address, and then back out without creating a new listing.

If you used the wrong address or there was a typo, you may have to contact PayPal to see if you can get the funds sent to the correct account, assuming you cannot add the address to your account directly.

Thanks, have got another solution.

My problem was: old paypal account was removed but the email adress was stored in ebay and used for this transaction by default. Therefore the payment was sent to the not-existing paypal account.

Solution: I've added my old, previously used email address (still have it) to the current paypal account as second email. After this the payment was recognized and booked to my current account.

Problem solved.
