Yes, problem started a week ago and is affecting mostly IE and some Firefox users (at least that are reported here).
I thought this was fixed today, as the eBay Homepage fully loaded this morning without any problem, but later in the day the problem resurfaced.
I access via another eBay bookmarked page. This may also hang-up after you login, but if you close the page and refresh, you should be logged in.
