Listings not showing in sale page on store

Hello,

I have spoken with support and i have active discount sales running that have items. The items are correctly discounted but no items show up in the sale page on the store. They say this is an ongoing issue? Is anyone else running into this?

As far as I can tell, you don't have any active sales. Is it possible you were viewing that page while the sale was in the process of ending?

Hey Wastingtime! thanks for the reply this was because i ended the sale and recreated it in an effort to get items to display. But after doing so still no luck. If you go check it out now you will see the issue still.

Hmm, I do see the issue. How long ago did this sale go live @ampedcomics ? Sometimes it takes time for the sale to show up. I'm not seeing items in your store on sale, but you have a lot of listings so maybe I'm not looking at the right page. Can you post an item number that's on sale?

I'd give it until the morning and if it's still not working, report the problem to customer service. Don't mess with the current sale - you'll need to leave it live to rule out any indexing issues. If it doesn't start working then send a DM to one of eBay's social CS teams: ebay on facebook, ebayforsellers on insta, askebay on X
