I hope maybe someone has a suggestion. I use Safari but have worked with Apple, & it's not a Mac problem. I can't upload photos. I've talked with close to everyone at eBay & waited 4 days for someone to get back to me. I was told by a VERY helpful rep that it was an eBay issue. I checked with Apple just to make sure. It's so hard to get in contact with someone at eBay. I'll even settle for Live Help because they are very good at getting someone to call me back. Yesterday Orlando told me eBay was aware of the problem but apparently it seemed that everyone the problem had been corrected for everyone who had Safari. That is, everyone but me (I don't believe that though). Can someone help me with contacting eBay. How can I get Live Chat without trying over & over & over. I don't do Facebook. I've already pulled my hair out, & now I'm ready to scream. Help!

I use Safari on a Mac and have never had a problem adding pictures. I have read that some websites do break their functionality if you have either NoScript or UBlock Origin plugins installed. Or any other plugin that disables javascript. If you have one installed, try whitelisting eBay and see if that doesn't correct your problem.
I don't use a javascript blocker myself, but I do have Adblock, Adblock Plus and TamperMonkey all installed and running without problems on eBay.

I've been having an issue with the photos portion of the listing page for a few days now....right at the time when they updated the page to start allowing additional photos at $0.15 each. Buttons are mis-located, it looks like there's unneeded page breaks, a lot of white space. It makes inserting photos a pain in the you know where.
Using Firefox 91.0 on a Window 7 Ultimate OS pc.

I have no idea what you are talking about, so I'm going to say that I do not have what you mentioned. Thank you though. Dottie

That's interesting because they told me they didn't do any updating. That's not exactly my problem. Oh, BTW I use Safari (Mac). The mere thought that a business does not have the "knowledge" to correct a problem they caused but instead avoids contacting one of their sellers who is having a problem that they caused is unthinkable. We all know that eBay is an expert at that. I've already been told by a representative who has a Mac & is very familiar with the problem that it is an eBay problem. Then I was told by another agent that others with Safari who had the same problem reported that their problems were corrected. Why can't eBay just undo what they did? It seems to me that eBay has a habit of "putting the cart before the horse". They make changes before they have the bugs worked out, i.e. Managed Payments! They don't think it through! Thanks for listing to my rant!

Don't know what that is.
