For several days now, when I sign in on my computer and select the heart icon to see my favourite searches, I get an error message. What's up with this?

I spent the majority of yesterday trying to accept or decline offer. I was NEVER able to respond. Every time I clicked "respond to offer" the screen freezes, times out, or eBay message appears "sorry it's not you it's us".
