Store listings

My store alphabetical listings, that were on the left side of my store page, is missing. Anyone else have that problem? Can't get it to restore anywhere. Have a call into Ebay but haven't received a call back yet.

Where have all my store categories gone

Looked at my store this morning and all my listings by category are gone. Confusion reigns.
