Today's technical issue - Can't log off

Today I can't log off eBay.  I just get the spinning wheel and "Please wait."  I think it's time that eBay invests in more computing power so that response time is improved and users can log in and log off in a timely manner.

The "Accept as Solution" button is missing, but thanks for reminding me of this housekeeping option.  I consider your post the solution.

The "Accept as Solution" option should appear when using the caret menu of the message you want to choose, just below the permalink option:

Thanks, I never clicked on the caret menu, so I've just learned something useful.  Also, the Accept as Solution button is now appearing on the message.

Here's another tip to improve performance if you see the spinning wheel too many times and things are slow.  Reset your Wi-Fi Modem.  Even after clearing cookies and defragmenting my disk drive, all was slow until I did this.  It was MAGIC!
