Listing an item

I am trying to list an item. When I go to select a delivery option (2nd class Royal Mail etc), after a few seconds the selection disappears, and it won’t let me choose a delivery option, hereby stopping me from listing an items. Any help appreciated

You are on the US site, does this happen when you list on the UK site?
