Listing Sold but still show up in Active listings

In the last 24hr I have had listings that sold suddenly reappear in my active listings again.  It happened overnite so I know I did not relist for any reason once an items is paid for. Any ideas on this glitch

Ok after looking side by side. The item sold and shipped is still showing up in my active  listings, not relisted as I had thought

Best to end the active listing if you only have one.

Does the active listing not end when it is sold like it always has. I am showing OUT OF STOCK under the filtering tab. We never have any multiples always single items.

Under active I am showing OUT OF STOCK 50. I have never listed any multiples. Just individual items
