For several days now when I bring up my own listings to modify or just look at them the page begins to load properly, but when it gets down to where the Listing Description part should be that is replaced by a large box with what we've all seen as the "We've Looked Everywhere" little boy pic in the orange winter jacket, and nothing else. Has anyone else had this happening? Called Ebay whose IT person advised it was my computer's problem, not any issue on their part. (?)
Now just came across this post from another member:
"Like many, I've been intermittently experiencing the frustration of the "We've Looked Everywhere..." glitch - on my desktop, but not on iphone app. It has become MORE common. I called customer service and to my surprise, the agent admitted that this was an eBay problem connected to eBay glitches in their internal security process (imo - perhaps they're settings to detect phishing etc. are set way too 'high'). He told me that they have been receiving numerous similar complaints....and that the problem was NOT on my end. I was shocked at his candor. So, for those experiencing this problem you do not need to switch browsers, change your profile or any other "solution". It's eBay's FAULT."
C'mon Ebay -- Get Going on this Glitchy Problem. It is NOT my computer as you're trying to make me believe.
