Leave feedback comes up blank for third day now

It's almost impossible to leave feedback for a buyer this week. Click on the left side Leave Feedback link on Manage All Orders page or the Manage Paid and Shipped Orders page, and you'll get a blank page instead of Feedback page. Click on the right side pencil link from either of those pages, and get a blank page instead of Feedback. I get the exact results using the latest versions of Firefox and Chrome.

The only way I can find to leave feedback is to go to the Overview page of Seller Hub, and use the link in the Feedback block. THIS brings up a page that doesn't include my saved feedback comments. It's a PITA, but I don't want to waste time on the phone with CS.

Suggestions?

  I am having the same problem - along with some others. Going into my store and clicking on 'sold items' only shows a few items from April. None of my recent sales. New listings not showing in search, etc. etc.

  The only thing I can think of is I downgraded my store subscription from Premium to Basic at the first of the month. Don't know if this has anything to do with it...

@tildebooks, that's interesting, because I also downgraded my store subscription, and hadn't considered that as the culprit. I did it May 31st, the last day to "downgrade without penalty." Yet I've been in the penalty box ever since then, with multiple technical glitches. I've had a few small sales, but I also have a ridiculous number of listings showing 0 views after 8 days. Some of those are seasonal items, and I'll accept that as a reasonable possibility, but others are items that sell quite well here. Zero views for those is inconceivable. Also, I cannot find some of my listings in Best Match search, using the PRECISE wording in my titles, or they'll appear way down in the search, below other listings with entirely different titles. My sales were better when I used only the 50 free listings, plus the freebie listings offered periodically. I'm at a crossroads. Not remotely considering leaving eBay altogether, but I may join those who have no store and use multiple accounts, listing only 50 items on each.

So because you are a seller hubian, the old basic Selling Manager interface (my second link above), redirects to a new fangled empty whiteness?

For me it is the old, comfortable boilerplate look, I select one or more items, choose other actions->leave feedback, and it pulls up an oldschool SM feedback interface

That’s the exact blank page I get from any available feedback link in Seller Hub, using two different browsers, still even today. 

What’s your URL for the page I like? Maybe I can change a few characters & make it the link to mine?

The Selling Manager feedback interface in the screenshot above is via

which is he selling manger sold items page. Pick one or more items, choose "other actions->leave feedback" and the feedback page comes up.

There is no specific URL - it's accessed via a JSON form POST action (above my pay grade to reverse engineer those)

I get the Seller Hub page showing all recent sales. When I click on any of those feedback links, I get the blank page....I've lost count of how many days it's been like this. What I meant was, what is the URL for the (old?) page where I CAN leave feedback? The page where my lovely, pre-written remarks are stored.

And you just tossed in that JSON stuff for my entertainment, right? 😉  Does that translate to: I have forever lost the feedback page I've always used?

I get it now. When you are in Seller hub, you are in seller hub. What I thought was a uniquely My eBay/Selling manager URL is redirected to SH. I thought SH folks could fall back to SM, but maybe I remembered wrong or it has changed.

https://www.ebay.com/fdbk/leave_feedback is what I use - I don't sell enough to need to leave feedback in bulk, almost always leave it right after printing shipping labels one off, and that's the page my browser form history saves feedback comments fir.

The JSON stuff was a (probably unneccessary) explanation of why I couldn't give you a URL you could tailor to your transactions. The SM feedback (and other actions) are not just links with passed parameters in the URL, they are "next level" form post actions using JSON protocol, and not amenable to easy "fixing up".

I don't know what any of this means for your preferred feedback page.

With all the changes and broken website functionality, at this point assuming it's a glitch.
