I have been trying to print two labels that are USPS Ground Advantage and am getting this message when I go to confirm them.

Label could not be generated. You have not been charged for this label

It is the Ebay provided and validated address doesn't give me any suggestions on an edit.

Have had similar issues in the past. 

Try again a few hours later…

or if you must print/upload tracking label…

Try printing from USPS.

Last time I had a problem with labels at eBay I went to pirateship to buy a label.

Accounts are free. Can integrate to use eBay sale data.
