Kicked off indefinitely

eBay kicked me off selling  indefinitely for life I was a top rated seller and everything but I lost my laptop and password and didn’t sell for about a year. I finally got back in my account and I’m banned indefinitely . Has this ever happened to you guys? I can only buy

Before you lost your laptop were you signed up for Managed Payments?  If not it is now required to sell and could be causing the problem you have now.
