Ordered Dec 31, claims to have shipped on the 9th was later told he'd have it out by the 21st opened up a case on the 31st, 5 was the earliest to escalate and I have gotten this message for a day now 😞

"Access Denied" errors usually indicate some sort of network error.
If you are using a VPN, try disabling it.
If you are using a custom firewall, that may be causing problems.
Try using your phone or laptop when not connected to your usual network wifi.
