Keep getting: Ebay API request failed and returned an error. Error: The provided payment business

Hi everyone,
Trying to upload a product from Printful, where I have never had any problems, now won't publish because "PF-internal: Ebay API request failed and returned an error. Error: The provided payment business policy identifier is invalid. Please check your business policies and provide a valid policy identifier." 

Of course this is wrong. I have checked and doublechecked every single listing, my Business Policies etc etc over and over again. Spoke to Printful CS who say there is no problem on their end, its coming from Ebay.. Any ideas?

If it does not occur with out the involvement of Printful, they will be fixing the problem on their end.
