Not Working for me either. Here we go again these second rate fools raised our fees but now the simple functions don't work again. I'm sure I will have to make a label by hand so my item can be scanned or I will get another strike for not abiding by Ebays rules. Plus I will lose my discounts on my labels I print out. Explain to me as a dinosaur seller why they can't even keep the simple functions working. We need a management and personal change quickly. I just sold a sizeable item and paid a lot of fees. Time to take all my stuff off again. Every time I try to have a positive out look and get on a roll here comes another issue and probable change. Just so done with this platform

Snafus happen here, on AMZ and everywhere with shipping labels. 

Always have a backup plan. I have 4. PayPal labels, USPS and UPS account and my favorite, PirateShip. Never would I count on one in particular. 

PirateShip has the same discounts and many times, the better price over eBay.

I got the same error. I know how to print labels on PayPal. Google PayPal ship station, PayPal had the same rate as eBay for my order. PayPal lets you use their discount on shipping for personal shipments too. You just got to add the tracking number to eBay after you print the label in PayPal.
