Buyer picked up items on February 9, 2025.
QR codes were scanned at time of pick up.
"Pick up confirmed" was clicked in drop down menu.
Items are tagged "picked up" with green check mark.
Items are still listed under "buyer paid - ship now", "tasks", "orders", "awaiting shipment ", etc
This is on windows and mobile app.
I would like to clear it out. Please advise.
